Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe

If you are like me and my family, the moment the weather cools for a second.. its time for PUMPKIN!! And I mean pumpkin everything! Bread… Donuts… Coffee… Decor… Candles… you know how it goes right?
So what better blog post on the first day of Fall than PUMPKIN!!
 If I had it my way I would have about 9 Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks a day. But…. seeing as that I would probably gain 50 pounds over the season I had to come up with a healthier and JUST as Yummy treat! 
And my Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is just that. It is so yummy and under 200 calories! 
I will be having one for breakfast everyday I am sure from now until summer :) and maybe lunch too :)

You will need:
1/4 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
1 Vanilla Flavored Light and Fit Greek Yogurt (the 80 calorie one) 
1/4 Cup Non Fat Milk
1/2 Cup Ice
Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice Seasoning (Spice Section of the Grocery Store)
Cinnamon, and Nutmeg to taste
Optional additions…
Chia Seed
Flax Seed
Vanilla Whey Protein
This is for one serving! You may add more milk and/or ice to reach your desired consistency!
